An organisational psychologist by education, I also completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. I am a certified Management Coach and an ICC coach. As one of several people in Poland, I have a LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator certificate.

I am highly experienced in HR Consulting - from recruitment to training, project management, mood analysis, building competence systems and periodic evaluations, training and coaching. I am the founder of the Creative Training Academy and I created a methodology for designing exercises. I teach trainers how to create their own, effective methods for developing organisational skills, attitudes and knowledge.

I specialise in change management, improvement of team management efficiency, motivation, project management, sales methods, overcoming customer objections, time management, team cooperation, presentation, assertiveness, communication. I implement organisation support projects in competence assessment, design and implement employee appraisal systems and skills development programmes. I also design and conduct AC / DC sessions and assess competences during recruitment processes.

In my free time I deal with artistic handicrafts - I make jewellery using the sutache method, decorate items by testing new techniques - decoupage, quilting etc.
